This presence of the agreement regarding the "Terms and conditions of use of the web page hosting service" establishes the conditions under which any person can access and visit the sndweb.ro site or can use the hosting or domain registration service. This represents a formal agreement concluded between SND TEAM SRL, hereinafter referred to as "provider", (who is the owner and administrator of the site) and any person who accesses the site, visits the platform, or intends to use the services offered.

Privacy policy

The purpose of data collection is to provide services according to the current offer, including registering web domains on behalf of clients and in accordance with received orders.

sndweb.ro responsibly assumes the protection of users' personal data and strictly respects the applicable legislation. Below, we present our policy regarding the processing of personal data, which allows you to inform yourself about the protective measures we apply and the purpose for which we collect personal data.

As a processor (Web Hosting), according to the Regulation, we only process the personal data you provide for the specified period and in accordance with the purposes defined by you as the operator. We ensure the security of your data, which remains your property. We have implemented and adequately secured a backup system, and access to these systems is limited to internal technical staff only.

Registration and other account information

When you choose to register to use our services, we may collect the following information related to you:

Name, surname, email address, date of birth, domicile, CNP, identification information from the ID card, phone number.

Depending on the options you make during authentication within our services or during their activation process, you may also provide the following additional personal data: your credit card information, if you choose to provide it, as well as the IBAN account.

Communication through the chat feature on our platform

When you use the chat feature to communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide through this feature.

Before accepting these terms and conditions, we recommend that you read the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this agreement or any of its provisions, you are required to immediately stop accessing the site or using the service in any way. Continuing to access or visit the site, opening an account on sndweb.ro or continuing to use the service constitutes complete acceptance of this agreement and any provisions within it, including any subsequent changes that may be made without restrictions by the provider, without requiring any other formalities. Our web hosting services are not available for persons under 18 years old.

1. Content policy

It is forbidden to publish content on the provider's servers or links to such content that:

- violate or harm in any way the intellectual property rights of other persons or other rights;

- contain: obscene/pornographic or violent content;

- contain defamatory or libelous content or with a racial or discriminatory character;

- contain viruses, trojans, or similar;

- contain pirated software or address those who pirate software or engage in similar activities;

- it is forbidden to use our servers exclusively as storage support (e.g., movies, mp3, pictures, etc.).

2. Forbidden scripts

- Proxy scripts, anonymizers;

- IRC scripts;

- Top site scripts;

- Online game scripts (excluding flash games);

- Mail bomber, mass mail, or any unsecured email sending script;

- Torrent tracker;

- Chat rooms that excessively consume resources and WAP chats;

- PhpShell and similar scripts for executing commands.

Any attempt to harm the servers or clients is strictly prohibited. Any activity that affects the proper functioning of the shared hosting server (examples include but are not limited to: CPU load above normal limits, mass mailing, very frequent and/or long SQL queries) will be considered abuse and will be treated as an attempt to harm other colocated clients. The maximum accepted consumption for sites is 5% CPU, 5% MEM, and 1.5% MYSQL, and processes can consume up to 10% CPU, higher consumptions can be considered server abuses.

3. Email

Sending unsolicited commercial messages (SPAM) to promote any site using our servers or through third-party servers to promote any site hosted by us will result in the suspension or cancellation of the client's hosting account without reimbursement. Email lists can be operated provided that people sign up to receive messages, and the procedure for unsubscribing from lists is published in all messages.

Each hosting account is limited to sending no more than 400 emails within 60 minutes; this limit is 50 emails per hour for unauthenticated PHP script sendings.

This policy (restriction) is necessary to protect the quality of the hosting service. Sending mass emails massively consumes a server's resources, negatively impacting the quality of services received by clients. The first violation of this policy results in the immediate suspension of the hosting account.

Package limit:

ENTRY - 200 emails / hour;

STANDARD - 200 emails / hour;

BUSINESS - 300 emails / hour;

COMPLETE - 400 emails / hour.

4. Resource usage

All accounts are monitored to track server resource consumption. If an account uses a very large amount of server resources, we will contact the respective client to discuss this matter. If an account uses an excessive amount of resources (memory, processor, internet bandwidth), the account may be suspended or the script disabled without prior notice to maintain the server's proper functioning.

Clients can request package improvement or temporary resource increase. It is the client's responsibility to contact us in advance to request resource increase to avoid account suspension.

VPS or dedicated servers offer uplink up to 1Gbps, but the allocated bandwidth is for reasonable use up to 5 TB per month. For exceeding the 5TB / month traffic, additional traffic packages can be purchased at a cost of 60 euros / 100Mbps guaranteed. If the bandwidth is not upgraded and the consumption is constantly over 100Mbps, the server will be permanently limited to a maximum bandwidth level of 50 Mbps.

By using the CloudLinux system, shared hosting accounts are limited to a certain level of resources, such as: 20 simultaneous processes, 256MB RAM, or 20% CPU for site processes. These limits may vary depending on the hosting package used, depending on the level of resources for which it is recommended, as follows:


The ENTRY package is recommended for a maximum level of 1 CPU, 50 simultaneous processes, and a maximum of 1 GB RAM;


The STANDARD package is recommended for a maximum level of 2 CPU, 100 simultaneous processes, and a maximum of 2 GB RAM;


The BUSINESS package is recommended for a maximum level of 3 CPU, 200 simultaneous processes, and a maximum of 3 GB RAM;


The COMPLETE package is recommended for a maximum level of 6 CPU, 300 simultaneous processes, and a maximum of 6 GB RAM.

5. Client responsibility

The client is responsible for updating contact information in the billing control panel when necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any communication confusion that may arise directly from the client's failure to make the necessary updates.

Additionally, the client is required to keep usernames, passwords, and other sensitive information secure.

6. Backup

We perform daily backups for shared and reseller hosting services. These include files, email boxes, and databases and are stored on an external server for a minimum of 5 days. However, we do not guarantee the integrity of these backups. We recommend all clients download their own backups from their control panel, in the Backup section.

Clients with VPS servers and dedicated servers do not automatically include the free backup service unless mentioned in their offer. In this case, these clients must periodically check the proper functioning of the backup service on the managed server.

The provider bears no responsibility for data loss hosted due to user actions or errors unrelated to our service. For example, the control panel is not part of our service and is not provided by us; it is developed and offered by Cpanel.net.

7. Uptime guarantee

The service offered by sndweb.ro guarantees an average server uptime of 99.98%.

The following are exceptions:

- Force majeure situations, over which we have no influence, such as: wars, natural disasters, unavailability/interruption of communications, fire, viruses, hackers, improper functioning of software offered by another source (free scripts, e-commerce software or online payment processor), flood, earthquakes, embargoes, actions of legal authorities;

- Announced maintenance work or in critical situations, server upgrades;

- Domain name system (DNS), issues beyond the control of sndweb.ro;

- Client access issues with FTP, POP, IMAP, or SMTP.

8. Background running programs

We do not allow the use of programs that continuously run in the background. We allow programs to operate in the background as an extension of the client's website, but we do not allow the use of programs specifically designed to operate in the background.

9. Additional service installations

If you intend to use a script that requires activating other software programs on the server, you should know that sndweb.ro is not obliged to install those programs unless it considers that their installation would improve the server's stability or security. This includes the possibility of adjusting the parameters of existing programs on the servers.

To request an upgrade for your account (such as additional space or traffic), you need to send a request by email or ticket at least 24 hours before you want us to make the change. Please note that we are not responsible if you do not upgrade your account and exhaust the available traffic or space for your site. Additionally, you can check the resources allocated to your account at any time through the control panel - Cpanel.

10. Notifications and announcements

sndweb.ro reserves the right to send notifications regarding the services offered as well as announcements from third parties when they may be beneficial to users.

11. Payment terms and billing


Delivery Section


The estimated delivery time for our digital services is 24-48 hours from the confirmation of payment. Delivery of digital products and services will be done electronically, either directly into the users account created on our platform or via access links sent to the email used during registration. If you encounter any issues with receiving the product or accessing the purchased service, please contact our support team for assistance.

Return/Cancellation Section


The return/cancellation period for services is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation. To request a return or cancellation of a digital service, please contact us at the email address provided on our contact page. Be sure to include the order details and the reason for your request. If the request is approved, we will proceed with the refund according to our return policy.

The client agrees to pay the value of our services in advance for the period in which they are provided.


All proforma invoices will be sent by email, and a printable version will be made available to the client in the control panel. Clients must pay the invoice value in advance at the beginning of each billing period, within 5 working days from the date of issuing the proforma invoice.


Clients who wish to close a hosting account or any purchased service must send a notification by email/ticket at least 5 days before the due date; otherwise, the issued invoice will have to be paid for at least one month.


Prices displayed in euros are calculated in RON at the BNR EUR sale rate on the 10th of each month. According to the legislation, all invoices and payments are processed in RON. For each day of payment delay after the due date for proforma invoices to extend hosting packages, a penalty of 0.3% / day is charged.

If 30 days of non-payment are exceeded and the account is deleted from the server.

14. Account suspension for non-payment of services

User accounts that have not paid the fees for the service within 5 days of the provider issuing the proforma invoice will be suspended until payment is received or until the payment date, according to the above provisions. Reactivating accounts will only be possible after confirming the payment.

The provider will be able to reopen accounts closed for non-payment of fees only after full payment of all amounts owed by the user.

If the domain is suspended or deleted for non-payment or for renouncing the services of sndweb.ro, it will redirect the domain to a parked page until the domain administrator changes the DNS servers.

15. Technical support

Each web hosting client or client who purchased a domain or SSL certificate benefits from free technical support.

The following services do not include standard technical support: unmanaged VPS servers and dedicated servers that do not have a technical support plan. sndweb.ro offers clients who purchase these service packages technical support plans at an additional cost according to the offer on each service page.

Technical support for service migration, whether included or paid, is provided exclusively on working days, Monday to Friday. No account migrations are performed on weekends, Saturday and Sunday.

16. Changes

We reserve the right to make additions, cancellations, or changes to the Terms and Conditions, hosting packages, prices, and on the site at any time, with notification made through the website or customer control panels.
